Combination microwave ovens (9 in range as of 2011)

Current range of combination ovens may offer the following options- 27 Litre, 900 -1000w, silver, white or stainless steel. Drop down or side opening doors, Inverter Technology, flatbed Technology, high Speed cooking ranges, some with two shelves, chaos defrost mode, catalytic cleaning. Accessories may include- Enamel tray, wire shelf, glass dish & Anti-spark ring.

Within this range is the award winning NN-CF778S, recognised for its fast cooking abilities achieving results equal to that of a conventional oven whilst being considerably more efficient.

 

Grill microwaves (3 in this range)

The grill microwaves can be used as a microwave only, grill only or the two combined. Available as 700 or 900 watt with a choice of acrylic grey or stainless steel finish. Within this range is the family size 27 litre, 900watt NN-GD569MBPQ, which is designed beautifully, compact and suitable for even the smaller kitchen.

 

The model also includes chaos defrost and the innovative Panacrunch Pan feature.

 

Solo Microwaves (12 in this range)

Available as 700/850/900 watt with an oven capacity of either 19, 22 or 27 litres. In either white, black or grey acrylic or stainless steel finish. Features include chaos defrost, flatbed design.

 

Panasonic Microwave Features

 

Flatbed designThe Panasonic technology behind the cooking has removed the need for a turntable in the microwaves offering this feature. Giving you a greater space to utilise for larger dishes and various shapes can be accommodated. There is a drop down door which gives you a suitable shelf to place your hot dishes on when removing them.

 

 

Inverter Technology

This feature is available on most models and ensures that food is cooked and reheated evenly. This enables the microwave to cooked constantly on the selected power level. Other microwaves operate on constant when the high power level is selected but on medium and low settings the power pulses on and off.

 

 

Chaos defrost

The theory behind this technology is when the power of a conventional microwave is used to defrost only certain areas of the food are targeted. However with the 'chaos' or more random defrosting a more even defrosting process is achieved. This feature is really popular and sought after as many people use microwaves for the defrost programs and chaos defrost dramatically reduces defrost time.

 

 

Panacrunch Pan

This technology allows the pan to absorbs energy from the microwave and conduct it through the pan, this results in a crisp finish even at the base of the food. No more soggy microwave meals with this feature, you can create an all over crispy finish as you would in a conventional oven.
